Equipment operators are responsible for safely and efficiently operating construction equipment such as mini excavators, vibratory plows, and other specialized utility installation equipment. This role requires a strong focus on safety, production, and quality while working alongside field crews to install underground telecommunications and utility infrastructure.

HDD locators work closely with operators and field crews to maximize production while maintaining the highest standards of safety, communication, and quality. This position is responsible for accurately tracking and guiding the drill head, maintaining bore alignment, monitoring depth, and ensuring underground utilities are protected throughout the drilling process.

HDD Operators work closely with locators, foremen, and support crews to complete bores in a variety of ground conditions while protecting existing utilities and ensuring compliance with all safety requirements.

Fiber Placement Technicians are responsible for installing and placing fiber optic cable that connects homes, businesses, and communities to critical communication networks. This position plays a key role in ensuring fiber is safely and efficiently pulled, blown, routed, secured, and documented according to project specifications and quality standards.

This position involves splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting fiber optic cables to ensure network integrity and optimal performance. Fiber Splicers work with cutting-edge equipment to complete fusion splicing, OTDR testing, fiber characterization, and as-built documentation while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
