Coyote Underground LLC is seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our growing underground utility construction team. We specialize in fiber optic and utility installation using:

• Mini-Excavators
• HDD Locating Systems
• Horizontal Directional Drills (HDD) 
• Vibratory Plows
   

We are looking for professionals who operate safely, efficiently, and with pride.

• Horizontal Directional Drill Operator
• HDD Locator
• Mini-Excavator Operator
• Vibratory Plow Operator

Depending on position, responsibilities may include:

• Operating HDD drills for fiber and utility installation
• Performing bores under roads, driveways, railroads, and waterways
• Locating drill heads and maintaining accurate bore paths
• Operating mini-excavators for trenching, potholing, and restoration
• Operating vibratory plows for conduit placement
• Reading and interpreting construction prints and utility maps
• Conducting daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicating effectively with crew members and supervisors

• 2+ years of underground utility or equipment operating experience preferred
• Strong understanding of safe digging practices and utility awareness
• Experience in fiber optic construction is a plus
• Ability to read prints and follow bore plans
• Mechanical awareness of equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to jobsite safety
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Willingness to travel
